Days 1-14 post-launch: we submit the full sitemap to Google Search Console, monitor indexation daily, and fix any crawl errors. If pages get de-indexed we intervene immediately. This is where most agency relationships end — for us it’s the standard 30-day sprint.
Days 15-30: we watch your GSC data for early ranking signals, fix any performance issues flagged by CWV (Core Web Vitals), and apply your first post-launch tweak requests — up to one hour of changes is included free.
Day 30 handoff: you get a written GSC snapshot (pages indexed, first keywords showing impressions, GBP activity) and a 30-minute handoff call. After that you hold the keys. Optional ongoing SEO retainer available if you want continued momentum — but it’s not required.
